Your rating Totally Awesome! I mean when I say that they guide, "Knows the City" I mean he really really knows this City! Any question we asked, he knew! I am a frequent visitor of NYC and pride myself of knowing a fair bit about Ny myself but Bert is a true New York City expert. He even made some really wonderful recommendations of some "off the beaten path" places for us to try before we headed back home and we were so impressed that we had to call him the next day to thank him for making the day after our tour him just as special. I will be calling Bert everytime I make a trip to the Big Apple to pick his brain for ideas.

Your rating This was a girls day out. And our guide Bert was just a treat! He called us a few days before the tour just to see "exactly what we wanted to do and see"
I gave him a few suggestions and told him that we wanted to see Bon Jovi's house. When we got in the car he had Bon Jovi playing on the radio and not only did he find out where Bon Jovi lived and took us there BUT he had printed out the floor plan of his apartment for us to see! THAT is customer service. I loved that he let us decide what we saw and where we went. And this guy really knows New York City! He answered any question that we threw out at him and was So much fun! I told him I am going to hire him to plan all my day trips into the City!

New York in Style! Review by henry
Your rating So much more than I expected. I our guide was right on time outside of our hotel. From the start he let us know that this was "our" tour and he asked us exactly what we wanted to see and do. He was a great driver and catered to our every need. He had bottled water and some snacks already for us when we got into the car. He never rushed us when we wanted to stop somewhere to take pictures and was just overall an extremely polite and funny young man. AND he knew the City like the back of his hand. There wasn't one question or request that we had that he didn't accommodate! This was a fantastic tour and Bert is a fantastic tour guide! (Posted on 29/07/2010)
